General Returns Policy
Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You must also include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Digital Products and Courses
All digital products, such as Ebooks and online training courses, are excluded from the right of withdrawal and are non-refundable. By purchasing, the customer agrees that the right of withdrawal expires upon delivery of this digital content.

Damaged Packaging and Products
Damage to the packaging of the product upon arrival to the customer is not the responsibility of Eden’s Master Brows, but of the shipping service. Therefore, no refunds or exchanges are allowed based on packaging.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the products upon arrival. Eden’s Master Brows offers solutions for damaged products that affect usage, but not for damaged packaging. We offer a replacement item up to 2 days after the “delivery date”. The associated shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal for Unopened Products
Unopened products have a 14-day right of withdrawal after the delivery date, with a full refund. The refund will be initiated once we have received the package and it has been inspected by us. Please note that the costs for return shipping and any shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer.

Loss or Damage during Returns
Eden’s Master Brows is not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen during transit. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when returning products.

Incorrectly Sent Shipments
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or misdirected shipments if the address information is incorrect at the time of purchase. Always double-check the address provided before placing your order.
