These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Eden’s Master Brows and the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions.

3. Offers and agreements
3.1 All offers are without obligation, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 An agreement is only concluded after confirmation of the order by Eden’s Master Brows.

4. Prices and payments
4.1 The prices of the products include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payments can be made via the payment methods indicated on the website.

5. Delivery
5.1 Orders will be shipped within the indicated delivery time.
5.2 Eden’s Master Brows is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as carriers.

6. Returns
6.1 Customers have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving the products.
6.2 Products must be returned unopened and undamaged.
6.3 To return, the customer must first contact Eden’s Master Brows via shop@edensmasterbrows.com.
6.4 The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return shipment.i

7. Liability
7.1 Eden’s Master Brows is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
7.2 In the event of damage, liability is limited to the amount that the customer paid for the product.

8. Privacy
Eden’s Master Brows respects the privacy of the customer and processes personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation. See also our privacy policy for more information.

9. Complaints
9.1 Complaints about products or services can be submitted in writing or by e-mail.
9.2 Eden’s Master Brows strives to provide a solution within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.

10. Applicable law
All agreements are subject to Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
